When we came to view Number 33, had outgrown our home office. We needed a space which could act as both an office and warehouse for our growing stock collection and team, with flexibility and ease of access. We wanted the flexibility to grow into a larger space when we needed it, but also we wanted to avoid signing a long term lease or contract, just in case of a downturn in sales - a fear every new business faces. Number 33 ticked all those boxes and more.
After 5 months, we realised we were outgrowing our original workshop, and so we worked with Simon to plan a date based around a new space becoming available, and the team made some changes to the space to suit us, all in the space of a couple of days, so we could move in super quick. It was seamless and stress free.
The workshop spaces at Number 33 are perfect for stock unloading, courier collections, and 24hr access - all very key for us. We can come and go as we please, and we have the added benefit of an amazing reception service too - something we didn't expect to get when we first looked at office spaces.
Cost wise, we feel we're getting incredible value for money. Our license includes everything we need and more, and when you compare that to some of the spaces we saw, its a bargain.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Number 33 to any other businesses.
