The owner of Number 33 currently operates a family business from the site. Lily Ella, is run by husband and wife team Simon and Zoe and since the business's launch it has experienced rapid growth. Like many other companies operating from the facility, their organisation has been able to expand with ease in the excellent space provided.

The philosophy at Number 33 isn't to only welcome companies of all shapes and sizes and from a variety of industries, but to allow organisations that join us to thrive, not just survive. With grants and funding available, an abundance of coaching and business mentoring on hand (often free of charge), our goal is to support companies in the short term for the long term.
